Pond View Services, Inc. provides security and investigation services. Our staff portal supports employee availability submissions and management review of monthly staffing.
SMS program pending activationOur planned employee text program will provide scheduling updates and availability reminders to staff who choose to enroll. Employee availability and management records require an authorized sign-in and are not published on this information page.
Availability reminders
Up to six reminders per scheduling month, only while a complete submission is missing. Availability is due by the 10th for the following month.
Published schedule updates
A summary when an approved schedule is published, followed by individual notices for later shift additions, changes or cancellations.

A separate, optional choice
Employees provide their mobile number in their own signed-in account and select a separate, initially unchecked consent box. Phone verification and text delivery are pending activation.
