SMS program terms
Program: Pond View Services, Inc. Employee Scheduling Notifications. These terms describe the employee text program once it is activated.
What messages cover
Texts cover availability submission reminders, published schedule summaries, and later shift additions, changes or cancellations. This is an employee scheduling program, not an advertising program.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with staffing and schedule changes. Up to six availability reminders may be sent per scheduling month, at 14, 10, 7, 5, 3 and 0 days before the deadline on the 10th. Reminders stop when a complete submission for that month is received; a saved draft does not count as submitted. Published schedule notices are sent as needed. The current deadline follows New York time.
Joining and leaving
Enrollment requires a mobile number and a separate affirmative opt-in by the employee. Portal access, a number in the roster, or an availability submission does not by itself enroll anyone. Consent is optional and is not required to use the portal or submit availability.
Once the service is active, reply STOP to stop further program texts. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Contact management about receiving schedule information through another method. Opting out of texts does not cancel an assigned shift or change submitted availability.

Schedule accuracy and delivery
Delivery can be delayed or fail due to carrier coverage or other technical issues. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts do not replace management approval or serve as an emergency communication channel. Contact management through your usual direct channels for urgent scheduling questions or a discrepancy.
Changes and privacy
Program details may change. Material changes to the consented messaging scope would require appropriate notice and renewed consent where applicable. Information handling is described in the Privacy notice.
